Joanne had been enjoying working in her company for ten years. She used to look forward to go to work everyday. But after her boss retired, a new manager was hired. When the new manager tried to micromanage and favor some employees over others, the whole work environment became very tense. Joanne started feeling anxious and having panic attacks.
